Engineer-in-Residence
Police Vulnerable Sector Checks
All volunteers working with children must undergo a police vulnerable sector check. These are conducted by your local municipal police force and in many cases can be completed online.
These checks must be redone annually, so we recommend waiting until September to ensure yours will be valid through the entire school year. We will remind you to do this in September!
You should have received a personalized reference letter in your volunteer package when you applied to volunteer. Please let us know if you need another one.
Engineers of Tomorrow will cover any fees associated with completing your PVSC. Please submit your receipt using our online Reimbursement Form no later than December 31.
